Attorney Brice is the owner of The Brice Law Firm, LLC, specializing in personal injury law. Raised in the Atlanta suburb of East Cobb, Attorney Brice has been a resident of Georgia for over 30 years. She graduated from Walton High school in Marietta, and headed to Charlottesville, Virgina to attended the University of Virgina. Attorney Brice graduated from the University of Virgina with a BA, from the College of Arts and Science, with a double major in Comparative Politics and American Politics.
After graduating from the University of Virgina, Attorney Brice headed back to Atlanta and spent 4 years working as a defense paralegal in large multi-national and international law firms. Gaining hands on practical experience, Attorney Brice knew she wanted to represent clients on a more personal level.
Passionate about her hometown and fellow Atlantans, Attorney Brice stayed right in the heart of Atlanta for law school, at John Marshal Law School. During law school, Attorney Brice clerked for an EEOC Judge, the Honorable Lana Layton for two years. She was a competing member on the Moot Court Board as a result of becoming an Intra-School Moot Court Finalist and presenting an oral argument at the Georgia Court of Appeals. Attorney Brice also competed in the National American Bar Association (ABA) Moot Court Competition and placed in the sweet sixteen among other law schools all over the country. She received the coveted Dean’s Award for her academic achievements. After her first year in law school, she was selected as a Dean’s Fellow and served as a Professor’s Assistant for incoming law students.
Graduating law school in just two short years, Attorney Brice then opened The Brice Law Firm. The Brice Law Firm prides itself on its client relationships and ensuring that each client is comfortable and confident in their legal representation. Attorney Brice is actively involved with Georgia Trial Lawyers Association because she believes in the importance of the preservation of the civil justice system. She is currently a board member on the GTLA Executive Committee.
She is a member of the National Trial Lawyers and is recognized as an attorney in the “Top 40 under 40” and “Top 100”. Attorney Brice was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for 2019 and 2020.
